On Monday I turned diet and I did 45 min. walking and gym time (30 minutes of muscle-30 'cardio), and on Tuesday also turned perfect diet and I did 45 min walk, 2 hours of swimming pool, gym and 1 hour. Not a day I take off to run my half hour on the elliptical, I just love it! The results are still clearly visible: from 104'2 to 103 in two days.
Today we in the gap. I'm crippled, I just take a Espidifen for back pain, which is the only thing that bothers me. I will make an appointment with my doctor to see if I send a control session to see that all is well, I do not iron or missing and things like that happened to send me where I need to send for me to look back because mine is not normal. One of the frustrations of my life, because every time I went to the doctor looked nothing at the outset I said I had to lose weight. When my family everyone has fucked back for nothing, for nothing, mine is apparently fat ¬ ¬ but I've lost 40 kilos and it hurts me even more! yuck doctors, really, to see if I have a nice that at least I have a look, and not just kilos.
