This is what I ate yesterday
breakfast: a cafe con leche semi with two teaspoons of sugar, a slice of bread with oil and integral slice of turkey, a melon daifuku
Lunch: yogurt and daifuku vitalínea
melon meal: two chicken fillets with ratatouille of vegetables with a fried egg, a slice of whole bread and bite into a bread and butter of Fernando
-a-nap
snack: coffee with two sugars only
dinner: an omelet of egg whites with half a can of tuna in oil drained, slice of turkey, slice of ham and quesito 0%
Well, I have lost 700gr more, on Monday was in 106'5 and 103'9 this morning. Almost 3 kilos in three days, eating every day in the same amount as today. Okay I'm running 30 minutes every day elípitica half-hour + toning + a mini walk, but .....
is that I'm freaking out, seriously.
I will take to see if I can maintain those reductions as long as you can now, somehow, I took a run, which will come times worse!
