Yesterday, at the end was excellent:) 5 balanced meals
breakfast: coffee integral semi milk and sliced \u200b\u200bturkey with oil and
midmorning: mandarin before catching the bus and after coffee and coca cola light
food: ratatouille chicken and steak
snack: yogurt
tangerine and dinner: lettuce drained tuna, egg, grilled and sliced \u200b\u200bintegral.
morning walk of 45 minutes, and in the afternoon 30 minutes of elliptical
weight Monday: 101'7
weight today: 101'1
-600g, perfect!
