Stomach Banding Kingston, On

Of course my whole life diet works:)

Thanks girls for the comments yesterday, if I, too, I will clamp at times, and I enter the haste, and lose the north at times like all ^ ^
But yesterday turned the diet, my usual, it works, and indeed, this morning a Kilito less. I leave what I ate at the end:
breakfast: an apple
2: Breakfast: a sandwich full of turkey
Mid-morning: yogurt 0%
Lunch: half head of lettuce dressed, a tin of sardines, drained and rice with scrambled egg and also pique potato salad. XD I was really full
Snack: black coffee with two teaspoons of sugar
dinner: a can of drained tuna with a quesito 0%, tomato sauce and turkey, and a glass of milk semi
and went to the gym in the morning as I said .
I missed a bit of fruit or vegetables, but I managed with what I had at home
One thing I think I've never commented but the bread with the turkey always put a small splash of olive oil, which I know really well, and presents no impediment, since the rest of the meals are prepared without oil or very little.
safe water were about two liters ...

Today I continue with the same plan, now go to walk, ten to the gym, and tonight will burn many calories because I have a concert, and I step dancing in the front row that I'm just guitarristaaaa girlfriend xD and as nearly as I do not drink non-alcoholic beer or coca cola light.
