Well, this was my break / solo tour this summer.
The truth is I'm doing pretty sport ... well, enough for me, who used to do nothing, then leave a couple of days a week to run a little is enough. I've also been on holiday, but in better surroundings. Specifically in Coma-ruga, toured the wonderful ride a few times, one with Mike (is in shape, the uncle). Biescas, the green run I also found good beating. So, as I was in shape, I decided to make this walk / climb to Oroel Peña. It's actually more a family outing than anything else. Not very long (at less than 3 hours up and down, even if not ready) and there is no difficulty, since all the road passes through forest and clear final, with path to the top where there is a huge cross.
early morning, heat it and the people, and saw a beautiful squirrel that was left to look until I got the camera and got scared. Preciosa. So I got to keep exercising fast (it's easy but it is quite steep and without rest) and I ran, which in two short hours I left it buttoned. We had a great time!
